I am currently on Ubuntu 20.04 and have been using ROS Noetic. My RTX3050 is being successfully detected.
This appears to be a duplicate of Camera Sensors: can't get symbols from external library - #3 by Mohak. I suggest the follow ups are handled in that same thread where some discussion have already started.
