From a stolen laptop to a team member leaving; sometimes it happens that a license will have to be transferred to a different pc. Read here on how to proceed if your team needs a license transfer.
To ensure the license is transferred quickly and correctly; you’ll need the pc identification data of the computer to which the license should be transferred (see here).
Also, you will need to know the number of your current license, which you can find in your license file; or by clicking Help->License Info in the CarMaker Main GUI (License: CM-XXXX).
After obtaining this info, simply fill out our support form and state that you’ll need a license transfer, providing the new pc info, as well as the license number.
