Permission denied error on IO Configuration

I’m currently trying to connect the roadbox with my PC but keeps getting this error when I press scan button "Could not open pipe: -24 permission denied, unknown user ‘xxx’ "

In the Application Configuration, the HIL user is ‘hil’ but at the IO Configuration it keeps using my PC’s username.

Hi,
with which user are you running the executable? The scan command uses the user with which you are running the executable. This has to be set-up in the Real-time System Setup.
