I´m working on a parking simulation in CarMaker 5.1.7. I´m looking for a tyre model which is able to consider hystheresis and realistic forces while steering at standstill and low speed driving backwards. Which of the implemented tyre models would you recommend?

CarMaker 5.1.7 is out of support. The oldest version supported and available it is CarMaker 9
From the tyres available (CM9), you could use FTire or MF-Swift with turnslip. However, both of them required a 3rd party licence. The best free option available would be Magic Formula, with turn slip parameters fitted.
