I registered for a copy of IPG carmaker for my university’s Formula Student team (Aston University) 2 weeks ago but I have not gotten my code to download the software. Is there anything you guys can do to help?

The problem was solved via private mail. For everyone who is reading this post here is how to sign up for our Formula CarMaker program:
It is now a two-step process.

Your entire team can now register for the 2021/2022 season to get a registration ID with the following link:
https://ipg-automotive.com/company/research-teaching/formula-carmaker-program/ -
The registration ID then allows each team member to create, renew, or transfer their individual CarMaker 10 license with the following link:
https://ipg-automotive.com/support/licenses/formula-carmaker/
