IPG HIL - CarMaker- Power Supply Interface error

Hello,

We have a IPG HIL system and are using Carmaker as a control interface of the HIL system. We use an integrated Power Supply unit (Delta) that is able to control by an interface implemented in the Carmaker project. But the power supply unit is not able to switch on/off by using this interface because power button on interface doesnt response even Carmaker projects is connected to RTPC. Do you know the root cause for this issue if there is anybody has experience?

Is this interface was working before or it never worked? Is any update or changes were done on hardware side?
