I am currently doing my project for Lane keeping system and here I have mounted camera sensor on car maker platform but when I am creating an update project part, camera sensor block is not shown in simulink. Due to which I can not be able to analyze camera sensor data.

In the Simulink library browser, do you see a CarMaker4SL library?
If you do not see this library, then something has gone wrong in loading the CM4SL blocks into your Simulink.
Did you run the “cmenv.m” script from the src_cm4sl folder? Which version of CarMaker and MATLAB are you using?
