As you can see in the screenshot, I cannot run IPGMovie because of the license. How can I get license for feature ‘MBSS’?

You can still run CarMaker. You just cannot run any model with MBS Suspension. So, all the models with Linear Kinematics, skc files
As the Error messages explains you need an extra license to run MBS Suspensions. To request one, you should get in contact with your local subsidiary of IPG Automotive or the person who provide you the CarMaker license in the first time. They should be able to help
