CM4SL numerical time integration settings

I have developed a CM model, which uses various plug-ins and a brake system model FMU. I have developed the exact same model in CM4SL. The responses from the two environments (CM and CM4SL) are very similar. I would like to make these responses match as close as possible. I would like to ask what are the default numerical time integration settings in CM, such that I can use the same settings in CM4SL. The default time step size in CM is 1ms. How about the default numerical time integration method, i.e., is it Backward-Euler (BE)? For a non-linear system, in case of BE, what should be the settings for the number of iterations per time increment, the value of the tolerance etc?
