Video and image processing and detection, virtual simulations with IPG Truck maker. As well i am Ph.D. Research Scholar from IIT Madras, India, under the guidance of Late Shri. Dr. S. Soundarapandian and Dr.N.Arunachalam, I have gained experience in modeling and simulation of fused deposition process and thermal profile on printing part using Comsol Multiphysics software. I also studied the layer adding for part over the nozzle movement (i.e., Machine vision technique using MATLAB) and part profile on multi material 3D printing using the Multiphysics interface (Heat transfer and fluid flow model). I also possess sound knowledge in various process and characterization techniques such as machine vision, process optimization, Optical profiler, SEM and UTM.
